Choose a word from Vocabulary Lesson 12. In at least one paragraph, define the word in your own words and explain where you encountered it. Describe how understanding this word helps improve your communication or writing skills.

The word I choose is malleable. Malleable means to be able to be molded or moved/changed. I encountered this word first in science class when we first started talking about metals and which ones were malleable or not. This word makes me a better writer because it increases my vocabulary and allows me to express myself more accurately. Today we did another vocabulary sheet. We learned a bunch of new words and used them in sentences. I feel good about this week and am ready for the rest of it.
